Taxi advertising in Hong Kong — 18,000 moving billboards.
Hong Kong has 18,163 licensed taxis — red in the urban areas, green in the New Territories, blue on Lantau — carrying about 683,000 passengers a day. Taxis go everywhere buses and trains don’t, from hotel driveways to hospital drop-offs, which makes them one of the cheapest ways to be seen citywide.

Taxi advertising — FAQ.
How much does taxi advertising cost in Hong Kong?
According to Hypertree’s 2026 rate card, four-door panels cost HK$240–660 and full-body wraps HK$270–840 per taxi per month, with a 4-week minimum. Rooftop panel networks cost HK$20,000–80,000 per campaign.
How many taxis should I book?
For citywide visibility we usually recommend 15–50 taxis for at least 3 months. Smaller, district-focused campaigns can work with fewer.
What is the minimum booking period?
Four weeks. Three months gives better value and stronger recall.
Which taxis can I choose?
Urban red taxis cover Hong Kong Island and Kowloon, green taxis the New Territories, and blue taxis Lantau Island including the airport area.
Is printing included?
No. Printing and fitting are quoted separately because they depend on the design and number of taxis.
